Fostering publicity business with Enterprise Europe Network sustainability services and EENergy grant

Established in 1985 in Estrabelin, France, ADE Publicité is a manufacturer of promotional items, point-of-sale advertising or business gifts, based on their know-how: digital/laser marking printing, screen printing, finishing: framing, digital/laser cutting. A large proportion of their products are made from wood and other eco-responsible materials. ADE is one of the few companies to produce in France. In line with their engagement towards sustainability with their material use, the company wished to continue down this road with a more sustainable production site.

ADE was accompanied by EEN advisor to prepare their EENergy application. The sustainability assessment was develeloped and the action plan resulted in the opportunity for in house energy production. The company chose to install solar panels to ensure at least 5% efficiency. The SME has expressed their satisfaction with both EEN services and participation on EENergy project which provided them with consulting on sustainability as well as benefitting from the 10 000€ grant for energy efficiency improvements.

Thanks to the support and funding we have received, we have been able to implement our project for ever greener production by installing photovoltaic panels. A big thank you to CCI EEN Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, which has supported us in this process and to the European Commission.
