The acquisition, installation and commission of photovoltaic system to generate circa 10,000 kWh per annum in renewable energy. This intervention will help consolidate the ongoing efforts to reduce our carbon footprint whilst increasing sustainability. The low-lying PV installation shall contribute to this target by increasing the establishment’s energy efficiency by generating circa 8.18kWp equivalent to 79% of the current annual consumption. The physical panels will also cast shadow on 40sqm of flat roofing directly above 2 guest rooms. This should help reducing the heat inside guest rooms, which in turn will help reducing the usage of air-conditioning.
